Welcome to First Grade, Everyone!

This week in First Grade, we learned each other’s names, listened to some great read-aloud books, played group games, explored our math manipulatives, discussed our hopes and dreams for the year, named our tortoises (Skittles and M&M!) and so much more.

We all are so excited for the 2015-2016 school year. During our first few weeks of school, we will be getting used to classroom routines, getting acquainted with one another, learning about our Cooper School community, and beginning our work in math, science, reading, and writing!

We have a lot to learn together. Let’s get started!
